Mini Clinics List:
Wheel Lifts – Wheel lifts are a key fundamental component to tackling harder, more technical trails. Being able to physically move the wheels independently when needed is critical to staying in control and smoothing out those obstacles. Don’t just roll over everything, be proactive and anticipate the movements needed to be a driver of the bike when things get rowdy!
Slow Speed Maneuvers – Ratcheting, track stands, slow tight turns, slow-speed balance drills, etc. All of these slow speed skills are critical for developing balance and confidence for any speed riding. One of the best ways to achieve better control on the bike is to practice a lot of slow speed balance drills.
Intro to Pump Track Riding – Learn how to ride the roller coaster of a pump track! Absorbing features to control speed and stability and pumping them to generate speed and fun.
Braking – Want to ride faster with more confidence? Then learn better braking technique. Sounds counterintuitive, but better braking allows us to control speed more efficiently, giving us the ability to ride faster when we want to. We’ll cover the proper ratio of Front vs Rear for different situations, When and How to brake for corners, obstacles, and steep sections and How to use body position to enhance braking force.
Balance Bike Mini Features Course – Is your little ready to roll on their balance bike? Let them loose to play on a mini features course.
