Description:
As “Head of People” Manny works with employees to implement DEI practices and a workplace culture that supports their values. This journey included a culture audit which reviews both the values within the company and the actual, in practice values that the employees see. This will be the focus of the discussion. What’s a culture audit? How can you implement? What are the benefits?
East Fork Pottery began in 2009 and has grown to 3 locations and over 125 employees. Their $2.8 billion expansion in 2021 made them one of the largest dinnerware manufacturers in the U.S. (Citizen Times July 9, 2021). East Fork is known as a “People-Centered Manufacturing” and has become a draw for applicants.
